Ranking with Smartsheet forms

Hello all,

I am working on creating a smartsheet form solution where users can rank their choices (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.). I want to avoid users to select same ranking for each option. Is there a way to create a form like that?

Hi @Ekin

I hope you're well and safe!

Yes, you could use the Form Logic feature, and if they select 1st as the first choice, it will only show 2nd and 3rd as option for the second choice and so on.

Thank you for your response. Can you please explain a little bit more? I know the logic in the form but couldn't made it work. Lets say users has 4 options (apple, orange, strawberry, and pear) and I want them to rank these as their choices. How can I set the form that if user select Orange as the first choice, then the second choice list only shows the remaining 3 options, and so on?

@Andrée Starå any follow up on this ? From what I can tell, Smartsheet forms do not support ranking type questions but maybe I am missing something.
