Export Schedule Page Into Spreadsheet

I'd like export future allocations by person by week against a client/project (or multiple clients/projects). It could be a cleaned up view of the schedule page in RM Smartsheet but in Excel formatting for easier review. Is it possible to export the schedule page? Example of desired view attached.

Hi @KatieM,

Have you tried Resource Views? This would allow you to create a consolidated view of all allocations by either User, Project or Group that can then be exported to Excel. Note that Resource views would show the allocation based on an allocation % column that you'll need to add to your Projects if you haven't done so already.

Alternatively, if you already have the data you're looking to export but your'd like to filter out what's shown, you may user filters prior to exporting the sheet as an Excel file. Note that features like the Gantt chart will be excluded when exporting the data.

I hope this can offer you some ideas on how to achieve what you intend, however, if this isn't helpful, please include further screenshots on how your sheet looks like making sure that any confidential data is hidden from view.
