Salesforce Connector Workflow return 0 record

Hi, I wanted to pull certain leads into smartsheet. However the workflow returned no record even though I tried to filter to a specific email address (see below). Has anyone encountered this issue?

    Hi @Gwen Mui

    Try running the workflow without any filters first to check it works, and then add the filter in afterwards.

    When you run it with no filter you'll be able to see what email columns are being populated and this will help determine which one to use in the filter. Then add the filter back in, double-checking the spelling of the email.
