Can you clarify what it is you're looking to do a little more?
For example, if you're a System Admin looking to invite another user into your Company's account/plan, you can do so through User Management: Admin Center: Add, Edit, and Delete Individual Users with User Management
However if you've opened up another Smartsheet account with a different email address and you're looking to merge it with your current account, there are a couple ways to achieve this.
- If you're on an Enterprise plan, you can ask your System Admin to add this account to your plan and then apply User Merge to these two accounts. (See: Admin Center: Combine accounts with User Merge)
Otherwise if you're on a different plan:
- First transfer over all owned items from one account to the other (see: Change Ownership of a Sheet, Report, or Dashboard)
- Then remove the email from the second account (by adding a different email to it) and add this email to your current account (see: Error "Address Can't Be Added": Unable to Add Additional Email Address to Account)
