Hi may I ask you while opening the below link:

https://t.smartsheet.com/en/browser-support-message I am getting a window stating Your browser is not supported /// although I have installed chrome, edge, explorer.. the link is not working in any of these browsers. Pls can you advise why I can not open the link? see attached screen shot thanks

The URL you have listed above is specifically for that Browser Support Message, so it will always take you to that messaging page no matter where you open it.

Try accessing the Smartsheet App directly, using this URL instead:

https://app.smartsheet.com/home
