Moving All Collaborators to New Workspace
We would like to reorganize our workspaces, combining 5 difference space under one umbrella workspace. However, how can we take our existing collaborators and their current permissions to that new umbrella space. Do we have to re-enter them all or is there a way to move them? (See example below, want to move Workspaces 01-07 into on umbrella Workspace O2 Implementations) Is this even possible?

There isn't a way to merge the current shared users from one Workspace to another; you would need to manually add each collaborator with the permissions needed to the new overall workspace.
You may want to look at creating Groups for your users to make sharing in bulk easier, see: Manage and Use Smartsheet Contact Groups
