Sketchpad or similar?

I am trying to convert a paper form to smartsheet but one section in the form requires users to be able to draw in simple diagrams as needed. Does and sort of sketchpad or similar integration like this exist?

There isn't currently any integration with Sketchpad or any other platform that would allow you to do this.
