When requesting a copy of the Smartsheet responses, how do I include the auto-generated field?

I have a purchase order form that has an auto-generated number field for the Purchase Order number. However, when I select to send me a copy of the responses, the purchase order field is not included but all the other fields are there. Is there a setting in the sheet that I can change?

You are going to need to use a little bit of a work-around.
Get rid of the built in option to send a copy of your responses and replace it with your own checkbox column and email address column. Then you can set up an "Alert" automation to send when auto-number changes to any value with the condition of that box being checked.
