Want Automated Workflow to Send on Weekdays Only

I feel like this question has a simple answer and I must be missing something but how would one create a "update reminder" workflow that is sent out on weekdays only? I have one now that is sending 7 days a week when I only want it to send Monday - Friday. I'm not seeing any option to choose only weekdays in the workflow trigger. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Please change it to repeat every week and then select the days.

Yes! I knew there was a simple answer. Didn't even think to look in the week option. Was more focused on the day. Thanks!
