Survey Help!
Hello All!
I need your help! I need to send out a survey via email where I need employees to rank 10 different topics in a 1-10 format.

Hi @Beachguy81
The way I would do this is to set up 10 Dropdown Columns in your sheet, each with the same Column Properties of 1 - 10. (See: Maintain Consistency in Data Collection with Dropdown Columns).
In your form you can change this from a dropdown list to being radio buttons (if you prefer that format).

Is there a way to get the options all on one line? It looks pretty sloppy with two lines of options.

No, there currently isn't a way to display fields side-by-side on a Smartsheet Form. Please feel free to add your vote to this related Product Idea:
