Bar Chart Showing Number of Test Cases by Assignee
Hi :)
I'd like to create a bar chart showing the number of test cases by assignee that I can present on a Dashboard. I can do this if I know who the Assignees are (can do a COUNTIF) however, at this stage, I don't know who will be executing the tests.
Is there a way of setting this up so the chart updates automatically based on the sheets containing the test cases?
I'm wanting something like this example, from google search:
Thanks
Mel

I suggest creating a report that looks at each of the sheets. You can group by Assigned To and then use a Summary Count to get your numbers. Then you can create your chart off of this report.

@Paul Newcome I was so close. I had already created the grouped report so it was just a matter of getting the chart settings correct.
For the benefit of anyone else with a similar query the trick was setting the chart to use column names as category labels and the first column as series labels.
Thanks ever so much for your help Paul.
My confidence and understanding is growing :)
