A simple use case; collaborating on a single excel file list of projects with multiple team members.
Hi all! I'm new to SS. I have a super simple use case. I've uploaded an excel file of a list of projects (not a project plan) that our team is collaborating on. Each member of the Team will update the information on the list, with each row representing a project assigned to them and each column representing project information (e.g., status, level of effort, milestone, week to week updates etc). The list is not a project plan but simply a list of all projects being worked on by our team. Can you please point me to some resources that can help build out functions for such a simple use case?

Hi Sharon,
If you haven't checked out the Template Gallery, as you get started, I would strongly recommend it: https://www.smartsheet.com/marketplace/template-gallery#sort=relevancy&numberOfResults=24&f:@app_type=[Template,Template-Set]&f:@language=[English]
There are several there that may be of good use. The following stand out:
Project Task List Template: https://www.smartsheet.com/marketplace/us/templates/project-task-list
Team Project Task Board Template (in Card or Grid view): https://www.smartsheet.com/marketplace/eu/templates/team-project-task-board
Project Tracking and Rollup Template Set (sheets in here may also be of use): https://www.smartsheet.com/marketplace/eu/template-sets/project-tracking-and-rollup
If you have tried the gallery and it isn't what you are looking for, feel free to comment, and I can try to explain differently.

Thank you, Aileen for the suggestions! I've been one-off reviewing them not finding a great match so far. I'll check these out. I appreciate your time.
