Update Request Not Working
Good afternoon
For some reason I am not getting emails and neither is Carl, Nothing is out of whack here
Can someone please help understand why we are not getting emails for update equests?

Hi @Jeff Reisman yes these are all check off
It works with my shop manager but not my field manager, it is very frustrating, I don't understand but thank you for your help

So you have two identical automation rules that only differ by the criteria for "Resource", and one works and the other doesn't?
If that's the case, check your data in the sheet and your criteria in the automation for extraneous spaces or typos.
You could also duplicate the working rule and just change the Resource criteria, sometimes that helps when you can't get an existing rule to work correctly.
