VLOOKUP separate sheets

I would like reference sheet A zip code with zip codes in Sheet B, and when there is a match change a specific column status in sheet B

also would it be possible to have 3 different sheets with different zipcodes that can vlookup on the the 4th sheet and changed the status in the 4th sheet

To make sure I am clear... You want a formula on Sheet B that will adjust the FQHC Type if the zipcode is found on Sheet A, or are you pulling the FQHC Type from Sheet A based on the zipcode in Sheet B?
