Editors can not Edit

Shortly after upgrading to the Pro package, the people I have designated as Editors in my old and any new Sheets are not able to edit anything in those Sheets. I have even made them Admins and that has not made a difference. I have not been able to get an answer from Customer Service and ws hoping someone could help.

Sheets owned by Pro Plan users can only be edited by licensed users within that account.
