Receiving Error Message, 'app.smartsheetgov.com refused to connect'

Within my dashboard I am getting this error message, 'app.smartsheetgov.com refused to connect' where my form widget is embedded. I have tried to refresh, I have tried to re-paste the url, I have tried using the embedded code for the form instead, I have tried recreating the form from scratch...to no avail.

Anybody have any insight on how to resolve this?

    Yesterday we experienced an issue with Forms loading in Dashboards (using the Web Content Widget) on the .GOV instance of Smartsheet. This was reported to our Support team (here) and we applied a fix; if you refresh your Dashboard your form should now load!
