Is there a prefered browser to use Smartsheet? Is Google Chrome the only one that works?

Also, did Smartsheet increase the sign in process? Cause I have a new associate who is trying to set up Smartsheet, and they have to do the "choose whats in the photo" thing, but after they try and select, it doesnt give access (trust that we know which pictures had a car in it).

Anyone else having this issue?
