Impossible to connect to Smartsheet

Hello, lots of users from our team can't connect to Smartsheet.


We tried lots of things to resolve this issue and nothing is working for us :

  • Change browser (tested with Chrome + Firefox + Edge)
  • Change internet connection (We work from different sites and som people work from home or with a 4G connection and different operators) -> Some users can have the issue while working on the same site than users without issue.
  • Empry browser Chache + Empty DNS Cache.

We still have an issue.


I thing there is a partial outage for Smartsheet, at least in France.

I want to know when the system xill be fully functionnal again.
