Automated Workflow Only Sending Notifications to Certain People

I have a workflow set up to to send a notification to anyone assigned to a contact column when rows are added or changed. The workflow is set up to deliver the notification when triggered.

One particular person is not receiving these notifications. It doesn't matter if they are the only person in the column or if there are multiple people. When there are multiple people, the others get the workflow but this one person does not. I tried re-sharing the sheet but that didn't seem to work. Any suggestions?

Hi Jeff, thank you for responding. She does have all of those boxes checked. She is getting notifications from certain sheets but not others. Any other ideas?

Is the user's email address in your same domain? Also, triple check that you have the email address correct; I've wracked my brain over this only to find a 1 instead of an "L", or an extraneous space, or transposed letters. (Everybody likes to put the i before the e in my last name!)

On the sheets she is not getting notifications from, check the Automation permissions. On the new "Manage Workflows" screen, click the Gear icon at the top right to bring up the Automation permissions. Make sure they are set correctly for the users in your automations. Compare the settings with those on sheets she does get notifications from.

Did you manage to resolve this issue? I have the same issue with ONE user on a sheet and I have gone to her computer after sending an update and can confirm she does not get the emails. I checked her personal settings AND the sheet automation settings - all is in order.

Try duplicating the workflow and deactivating the original one and see if that works.
