Automation
I would like to build an automation that requests an acknowledgement from the recipient vs. an Approval/Decline. Has anyone found a work around for this yet?

Have you tried just adding a checkbox column type and then in your automation asking them to check the box as a way to capture their acknowledgement? Just a thought that came to mind as we use this quite frequently when all we are wanting is a simple acknowledgement from a recipient. Our current workflow involves doing an Update Request and then requesting that the recipient check the box to acknowledge whatever it is we are asking from them. Not sure if this would fit your use case or not though. Although, having a few more details around your use case scenario might be helpful too.
