Can be used Smartsheet with an email address outside my Company?

I am the creator of the Smartsheet "sheet" and I have licence at Company X. I would like to ask updating the file by Company Y and Z. Is it possible if Company Y and Z are Collaborators (i.e. without Smartsheet licence)?

In general, yes, but it depends on your Smartsheet plan. Which plan do you have?

Yes, Enterprise would work, but it also depends if your company has any restrictions in place.

I'd recommend testing and seeing if it works.
