Changing How Control Center Names Sheets, etc, in templates rolled

Good morning - we currently have a template we use to roll jobs. Currently the folders are all named for example: PCO Log, JIS, etc. When we roll the jobs, the project information appears first in the newly created job: Ie 22401- 3rd St JIS. We want to change the order these are created so the folders etc read JIS - 22401 3rd Street. Is this possible? How do you do this?
