Multiple Entries being incorrectly created via Web Forms
We are experiencing intermittent issues with the same entries (tickets) being logged via a web form:
#1 Multiple entries being logged a few minutes apart. User is adamant that only 1 ticket was created.
#2 When this occurs, the created time & date stamp is sometimes 12+hrs after the time when the form was actually completed.
This has happened twice now in the past 12 months and I am unable to pinpoint any common aspects.
Has anyone else experienced this problem
