Smartsheet Not Working Properly

Hi,

Since yesterday in the afternoon, we've been having some issues with two things:

1- Comments are not working when you try to edit them from the search section. When you actually click into the sheet, it works.

2- Some of the people in the office are receiving their email notifications italicized.

What can be done to fix this?

    Hi @Eva

    We received a number of reports to the Support team that comments were freezing in specific situations; a fix was applied last week and Comments should now work as expected!

    If you're still experiencing unexpected behaviour, either in comments or email notifications, please contact Smartsheet Support with screen recordings of your issue, sheet names/urls, and the related user email addresses.
