Rich Text Widget is not keeping my formatting
Hello,
I have created a dashboard using a Rich Text Widget but it is not keeping the formatting I want to use until I use the box. I updated the format to size 12 with a Verdana font and as soon as I save, it reverts it back to Arial 10.
NOTE: It will keep the size/font once I type in the box but I have an empty box that I created for my manager to input once the data is available. I would like it to keep the format changes so we don't have to remember to adjust it once we have data to input.
Any ideas as to why this is happening?
Thank you in advance,
Nichole

Hi @Nichole
Currently Rich Text widgets require text to be entered first before you can set formatting; there isn't a way to force formatting to stay applied to the widget overall when it's empty so newly typed content automatically matches your preferences.
