Project Timeline - PowerPoint like view

This there a way in SmartSheet to get a nice view of specified lines in a project plan to create a nice view? I know we can import into Office Timeline, just wondering (hoping) there is a way to create this in SmartSheet so that the data is always current.

There currently isn't a way to create those flags and lines outside of the Gantt chart in a Smartsheet sheet. (Please let the Product team know of your use-case and request by filling in this form, here!)

You could potentially embed a Gantt Chart into a Dashboard (perhaps by using a Report Widget, or by Publishing the sheet and putting it in a Web content widget), then use other widgets around this data to call out important dates/times. It would look a little different than you have here, but a Dashboard would enable you to customize content around the Gantt.
