Hi all,

I would like use DataShuttle to try my data but I have not a unique Identifier Column, I have a number project with different sub tasks.

But the name of these sub tasks could be the same beetween projects , so when I identify my subs tasks as the unique Identifier Column, all data did not appear.

If you're looking to use DataShuttle to merge data based on a key column value or unique identifier, then those sub-tasks will need to be unique to find the matching content. Is there any other way you can identify these tasks?

I'm not familiar with concat, but as long as the value is the same in both items, then that should work!

Is it possible into a column use DataShuttle to put a date AND if there is not a date the column is equal to another column?

I would use a third column for this, with a formula. The formula would check to see if Column 1 is blank, and if it is, then bring in Column 2 value, but if it isn't blank, bring in Column 1.

=IF([Column 1]@row = "", [Column 2]@row, [Column 1]@row)

Your Data Shuttle workflow can update Column 1, then the formula would use that data. (You can hide Column 1 in the sheet so Column 3 is the only one visible).
