Training Database Help

I have a column that has the date that safety training was completed.

I would like the cell to turn red if the date is expired.

The date would be three years after the training was taken. I tried to use conditional formating but could not figure out to set up the correct statement to format the cell red?

• You could select that the date should be in the past and then when it's in the past in the future, it would color it red.

Make sense?

That's helpful but there are different dates for each employee in the column. Can I set a date for each cell or is there a way to say 365 days from turn red?
