Sending Instructions to New Users via Proof Review Invitation

Is there a way I can specify the auto-generated text on a Review Invitation. I'd like to send an instructional PDF to anyone who receives an invitation to review a proof for the first time.

There currently isn't a way to customize the default text, you would need manually add in the link as you've been doing. Please let the Product team know of your use-case and request by filling in this form, here.

Yes! When you Invite a Reviewer on a Proof, there is a pop-up window that allows you to write a custom message along with the invitation. You could include a URL to an instruction document in this custom message:

I know I can edit the message when I send the invitation. What I'd like to do is specify what is auto-filled in the message box by default - so I don't have to manually enter the URL every time (and so no one has to remember to do it). It'd be even better if I could include a "How to Respond to a Review Request" PDF every time a Review Request is sent.
