Notifications not appearing in bell or appearing hours later
I am doing some testing on proofs. I have received an email and the notification is appearing in my home page (image below) but not in the bell (image below). Very weird. Also team members are saying it is taking hours for notifications to appear in the bell menu.

I've tested this today and it looks like Proof Notifications should be appearing in the Bell icon as well as the home page; can you confirm that you're now receiving the notification in all the right places?
If this happens consistently for you, please capture a screen recording (if possible), and contact Support, providing them with the details of what you tested (browser, sheet name, other accounts seeing the same thing). They'll be able to troubleshoot this with you via a private channel where you can share more details.
