Pull Report from a Control Center Project that includes the row on the Intake Sheet

Hi there community, I'm hoping there's a guru out there who can help me!

I'm trying to create a report that includes different sheets from a project that was provisioned with control center. HOWEVER, I want it to include the row from my intake sheet that the project was provisioned from.

The report that I'm trying to create pulls all rows in my project that have a conversation on it. I'm doing this by using the new "Latest comment column". My report is pulling all my sheets in the project and then filtering it to only show rows where "latest comment" is not blank.

I want it to also pull the row from my intake sheet as I often have comments on that sheet that I want to see as well on the report.

Any way/workaround to do this?

One way to structure it could be to add a so-called helper column to the sheets where you reference the project id or similar from the Sheet Summary section to make it a column formula and then report on it.

I thought of that, but how would I set the filter on a report to pull all rows that have the same project ID #? I don't want to go into the report each time i provision a project and change the filter criteria.
