Control on form to not have duplicate contact

Not sure if this has been asked here before, apologies if I have missed it.

Is there a control that can be added into the form that will not allow two fields to have the same data.

For example 8f there's a requester and approver contact field, can I add a control that would not allow you to populate the same email address in both?

Unfortunately it cannot be built directly into the form. The best you can do in the form itself is add in help text that indicates they should not be the same.

You can insert a flag column and use a formula that will flag all rows where they are the same and send out an update request to the submitter to have them change one or the other.
