Countif Function Question
I am stumped on this for some reason. I have a column called "Past Due" that is a Symbol column. I am looking for all tasks past the due date using this formula, =IF(TODAY() > [Target Date for Resolution]@row, "Red"). This works fine. My issue is when I try to count how many past due tasks, or red circle symbols I have in the column. I am using the example in the function help page. Here is my function that keeps returning the error: =COUNTIF([Past Due]:[Past Due], "Red"). I keep getting the invalid operation error but this is exactly how Smartsheet help shows the formula. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Do you have that error anywhere in the column containing the source data?
