Changing more than one sheet

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to alter sheets based on a single template without having to go into each one individually?

If I had a template that I used for different task lists and I wanted to add a column, automation, or even a choice in a dropdown, is there a way for me to do that simultaneously throughout all the sheets that used that template?

A solution that would be perfect for this use case is the premium add-on, Control Center.
