Formula for difference in time

We run events and are putting together the tech runsheet which has a column for:

1. Time Start
2. Time Finish
3. Timer

The timer column is what a speaker sees on their foldback monitor for how long they have left to present. I need this column to show the "difference" between Time Start and Time finish. (ie in the first row it will now 0.30 and in the second row it will show 0.02.

Can anyone assist with a formula pls? Simply subtracting doesn't work.

Can anyone assist to see if this formula is correct for pulling minutes? For some reason I'm getting some odd hours, or a negative.
