BUG WorkApps- Card View on mobile device

Hello everyone,

I have a big issue because I want a specific card view on my workapps for mobile devices. But I have tablets which don't want to show the good sorting (I set it to priority, and on my tablet it sorts by Sites)


So far, I tried following actions without success:

  • remove smartsheet from the mobile device (Samsung tablet)and install again
  • changing the Card view setting for mobile device, and doesn't change anything
  • on my other mobile device (smartphone) I have the good sorting for my Card view

It's weird because everything is still sync on the tablet, I can see the new tickets, I can see actualization and everything, just the card view which don't want to change.

Does anyone had the same issue ?

    If you have the settings in the Workapp pointing to the correct lane (like in my image above), but your devices are displaying incorrect lanes, please contact Smartsheet Support with the following details:

    • Screen captures of your set-up in Workapps
    • Screen capture of how it appears on your mobile device
    • The type of mobile device you have
    • The Smartsheet App Version you have on your tablet

    Hi @Raphael Lng

    When you say "sorting", do you mean the order that the Cards appear in each Lane, or do you mean that the Lanes themselves are based on a different column?

    You can change what Lanes are shown in Card View by Editing the Workapp, finding that sheet, and then in the Page Settings adjust the Card View Settings for both the Desktop and Mobile to have the correct lanes under "View By":


    If this isn't what you meant, it would be helpful to see screen captures of the issue, but please block out sensitive data.

    yes my problem was that in my card view settings I select "View by Prio" , but in my Workapps lanes were based on column "Sites".. So for me it was a bug, because even after refreshing the workapps, deleting it from my tablet, it was still not working..
