Milestones (diamonds) in Gantt Charts

Hi,

I have a Gantt Chart with the default start, finish, and duration columns. When I complete the start, finish dates as the same date, and also set the duration field to 0, the Gantt chart shows a block, not a diamond milestone symbol.

How can I get Smartsheets, in Gantt Chart view, to show the diamond milestone icon and not the bar block when the start/finish dates are the same and the duration is set to 0?

Hi @Andrée Starå - it was that; I had the dependencies turned off in the settings!

I am having the same issue only I do have Dependencies Enabled… but it is not showing a diamond for me. Advice?

Nevermind… figured out that you have to update the Duration column to 0 :D I was updating the wrong column with 0.
