Collapse columns in a report

Good morning. I am fairly new to Smartsheet and working to set up a dashboard. I have structured the data in a single sheet: Customer, Date, Risk 1, Risk 2, Risk 3, Issue 1, Issue 2, Issue 3 Go live 1, Go live 2 go live 3, etc for easy of data entry. What I would like to do in a report is to have the customer on the Y axis and collapse the risks into one column so it would read something like:

Customer A Date Risk 1

Customer A Date Risk 2

Customer B Date Risk 1

Customer B Date Risk 2

Customer B Date Risk 3

If there is no data in in a risk for example, Customer A Risk 3 the information is suppressed. Is it possible to collapse columns in a report and suppress null data?

You can try Group feature of report with group by Risk along with Sort feature
