Is it possible to forward attachments via automated workflow?

I would like to be able to forward attachments through an automated workflow to a specific e-mail after the row is approved. I need the actual attachments to be sent, not links. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hi Rebecca,

As normal, your issue can be solved by using Alert worflow (attachments included) with trigger Approved. But unfortunately, it did not work because attachments only be included at the the time it created.

As a work around, you can use Update request workflow to alert people with all attachments in the row. In the Specific fields of Message included part, you select Attachments and other fields. Due to this is a Update request, users can change data. To prevent this, you should lock these columns/fields.

This is not a perfect solution but a work around solution. Hope that help.
