Shortcut Widget Issue
When I add documents to the Shortcut widget through Google Drive, the Viewers that I share the dashboard with are unable to open the documents. They receive the error message: YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS ITEM-PERMISSION SETTINGS ARE PREVENTING ACCESS TO IT OR IT MAY HAVE BEEN DELETED. REQUEST ACCESS FROM OWNER.
Are the permission settings to do with Google Drive or the SmartSheet Dashboard. I have access for the Google document set as ANYONE CAN VIEW and the SmartSheet is set for VIEWER. Why are they receiving this message?
