Finance phone number

Hello can anyone provide a number that gets throgh to someone in support?

we are a UK customer we were incorectly downgraded last night and lost access, today weve been told that it would be reinstated as soon as finance in US started work, however we still havn't and the working day in US is nearly over

Thanks, I've been trying that number for a couple of hours now, the finance option says to call back in office hours and all other options say all operators are busy please leave a message

I know that they are away/were away on their kick-off, so that could be the reason for the delay.

I hope it gets solved quickly.
