Project Intake Sheet looks correct, Project Metadata and Project Plan missing reference

Hello all,

I'm new to SmartSheet so still learning. I'm using the PMO template which makes sense so far, as per the instructions.

If I understand the functionality right, information feeds through from Project Intake Sheet to the Metadata and Plan sheets in the specific project folder (ie. Project Name feeds through to the others).

Everything was referencing fine, and now I've got rows of #REF errors. Specifically "Portfolio Summary Header Row" is broken.

I think I did delete what looked like a redundant header row in the Project Intake sheet (?), and perhaps that caused the error? I haven't been able to repair the reference.

Some very specific screenshots attached (trying to keep the actual data confidential)

I also have no idea if I'm explaining this correctly!

Hi Andree,

Thanks for sharing, but as I mentioned I've followed those guidelines to setup the portfolio. References were working just fine, and then stopped properly functioning (please review the notes I've put and the photos).

Any thoughts on the particular Portfolio Summary Header Row" is broken piece?
