Partially missing resources after connecting sheet to Resource Management

I have entered my resources in Resource Management, but after connecting to a project, not all of my resources are populating in the sheet. I have a "talent pool" situation at the top of my sheet with dates and 1% allocated. Most of my resources are populating, but not all, even after being assigned to a task. Any thoughts?

Hi @Amy F

Are all of your resources Members of your Smartsheet plan? They can be unlicensed/free users, but they would need to be associated with your Smartsheet organization to be matched up with the email address that's used in Resource Management.
