I am trying to use the Aha Custom integration in Bridge and run the "create an epic" action. However, when I run the workflow, I get a "plugin not responding" error. I was wondering what this is error is and how to fix it?
I've seen this error message before when modules take more than 5 minutes to respond; Bridge will treat that as a failure, but the process can continue for at most 10~15 minutes.
Please reach out to Smartsheet Support with the workflow run id for the last run that failed and full screen captures of the set up in Bridge. They'll be able to work with you in a private channel where you can share more detailed information.
