Hyperlinks in Project Plan Not Displaying in Web Content Widget
I'm using the web content widget on a dashboard to display the read-only publish link of a project schedule. This project schedule has hyperlinks in the primary column, but for some reason they are not displaying in the widget. If you hover over them the pop-up does show for you to click the link, but it doesn't show as blue underlined text as it does in the project plan. Does anyone know why?

I'm unable to see what you're describing; when I add Hyperlinks to the Primary column in a sheet, then publish the sheet as Read Only, these hyperlinks then show as blue in the Dashboard:
The widget on the left is using a Full read only link, the one on the right is using the HTML version.
Is it possible that there is a browser extension or browser version which is adjusting the display of these cells? (See: Step 1: Verify you’re using a compatible browser version)
Cheers,
Genevieve
