What is the best way to request someone to fill out a webform weekly?

For example, I want to send out a webform request to be filled out every friday at 3pm to all my employees. I could just use outlook but not sure that what i really want to do.

Hey Samuel,

You could paste the form link (Forms>Create Forms) into an update-request automation (Automations>Create workflow>Update request), and set this to go out weekly:

Hi there, here the weekly 3 pm update request - please visit this link ------- for feedback

What conditon and action would need to be met?

Condition is up to you, action would be "request an update", whereby you input:

• Update Request Text: (Create text in a new simply outlook email window and paste in here with link of your form)
• Columns to include (in the email)
