Smartsheet Form to Excel AutoFill
Hi everyone,
I am working on some experimental workflow for our company. We are taking advantage of automation workflow on Smartsheet and it's a blast! But we want to further automate our tasks.
BACKGROUND:
We use and fill out this excel sheet to submit a project request to our manager. However, when multiple people submit project requests, it gets lost in the email and it is very hard for our manager to dig out emails, review and approve/deny these requests. Furthermore, it takes an extra step for us and the manager to input this on a Smartsheet sheet for tracking and keeping record.
PROPOSED SOLUTION:
I have created a Form on Smartsheet that asks for the same details as our excel project request form. To keep everything consistent and 'automated', I am looking for a way to export the answers from the Form and be automatically filled in on the excel project request form. Is this possible?
