Publish Link - Not Updating

Hi all,

I have linked my an excel sheet that pulls data from one of my Smartsheet. I did this via Publish -> Get Link -> Paste Link to Excel as Sources -> Set refresh to every 1 minute on Excel so it updates alot

Problem is, the Published form on Smartsheet isn't updating but the sheet itself is updated. Please see attached pictures. Sheet shows there are rows: Test 9 - Project but on the Published Form, it is only up to 8. No matter how many times I refresh Smartsheet, doesn't update ASAP. Only updates after sometime around 10mins up to several hours. Any ideas?

I literally have the exact same problem today. the HTML Read-only link for some reason is not updating. since it's the first stop for the data, the excel sheet does not update as well.. Please help.

The weird thing is that I did a second test on another smartsheet and it's published HTML, and that did work. Ther is an inconsistency issue as well.

Published HTML links should update within 10 minutes.

If you don't see an update after this time, I would first run through the troubleshooting steps in this article: Issue: Smartsheet Is Continuously Loading, Not Responding, or Not Displaying Certain Items
