Input without access advice

Seeking advice (a solution) for the following problem. I need an automation of a priority planning (business input) with only comment access rights (Can't change this for several reasons). However after an approval is provided the requester of a specific smartsheet line, needs to update a value (priority). Is there a work around, that I can ask the requester to input a number from 1 to 10 and transfer this value over to the sheet, without the user having access to the sheet itself?

If you use an Automation, you could have them sent automatically so you do not have to manually set anything up for each individual row.

Have you looked into sending an automated Update request?

Yes, but this would mean, that I have to do this for each row, this would still be a lot of manual work to be done, the sheet (sprint planning) contains hundreds of lines
