Free collaborators unable to use a sheet

I have a licensed pro account and I shared the sheet to 2 free collaborators. These free collaborators are only able to see the sheet in "View Only" mode. They are unable to edit any cell in the sheet. As I understand free collaborators should be able to edit a sheet shared by a Pro licensed user.

Can you help me understand what is wrong?

Have you checked that they have been shared as an editor rather than only as a viewer or commenter?

Hi All,

i'm exprensing the same issue.

I have shared a sheet with an unlicensed use with the role as "Editor - Can Share", but it can only access to the sheet in Only View mode. What i'm doing wrong?
